Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and contact
These terms cover the Active Tech website and Project Room service-request and project workspace. Our current contact details and Dubai business location appear below. A published service offer and any separately accepted project agreement specify your commercial terms. Separate products may have their own terms.
2. Accounts and lawful use
Provide accurate contact information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and project materials you are authorised to access. Do not upload unlawful or malicious content, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Contracting requires legal capacity and authority to represent a company where relevant.
3. Services, prices and requests
Fixed prices apply to the stated configured scope; custom requirements require an agreed quote. Sending a request, choosing a payment preference or saving a draft does not itself authorise work or charge a payment. Review the written scope, total, applicable tax, delivery estimate and payment schedule before accepting an offer. Agreed snapshots and verified payment records govern the transaction.
4. Payments, advances and coupons
Where enabled, online payment uses Stripe hosted checkout. Use the payment options available for your accepted offer. Payments are confirmed through the payment provider, not simply by a browser return. An advance forms part of the project price. Where an eligible coupon is applied to an advance, its discount applies once to that payment; the remaining balance is unchanged. Coupon eligibility is checked again at checkout. Invoices show applicable verified payment and discount details. Never send card information in a project message.
5. Optional apply-now/pay-later agreements
Availability depends on completed company, legal and provider setup. Selecting this option or requesting contact does not sign an agreement or start work. An available agreement requires its own priced scope, bilingual terms, explicit consents, identity documents, email-code acceptance and company review. The accepted agreement fixes the work checkpoint. At that checkpoint the full agreed price, less verified payments and any eligible checkout discount, is due; later work remains paused until verified payment. The agreement controls its actual checkpoint and obligations. Ordinary electronic acceptance is not described as a qualified signature.
6. Delivery, reviews and changes
Provide the agreed materials, access and feedback. Follow delivery and review requests in your workspace. Changes outside accepted scope, extra revisions and timing adjustments must be agreed with the team. Delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope and dependencies. Acceptance and handover follow your offer and project records; no transfer of third-party rights is implied.
7. Cancellation, refunds and rights
Contact us with the request or order reference for a cancellation, withdrawal or refund review. The accepted offer, any separate agreement, work completed and applicable mandatory rights determine the next steps. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer or other legal rights. A general request preference is not a credit or finance approval.
8. Content, access and responsibility
You must hold the rights needed for supplied materials. Ownership, licences and handover of project deliverables follow the written offer; third-party software and assets retain their own licences. We may restrict unlawful or abusive access and investigate security or payment issues. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific commercial outcome or immunity from third-party outages. Any responsibility or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the accepted agreement.
9. Privacy, updates and governing law
Read the Privacy Policy for account, project, payment and optional identity processing. Changes to this page do not silently replace a previously accepted commercial snapshot or signed agreement. Applicable UAE law and the jurisdiction required by mandatory rules apply; disputes should first be raised with the team for resolution. Nothing here represents regulatory, financing or legal approval of an optional service.
