1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using ActiveTech apps, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Be responsible for activity under your account
- Not create multiple abusive accounts
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate laws
- Harass or abuse others
- Attempt to hack the app
- Reverse engineer the software
- Use bots or automation unfairly
- Upload malicious content
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Billing
- Purchases are handled by Apple/Google
- Prices may change
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
Refunds
Refunds must be requested through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
We cannot issue store refunds directly.
5. Advertisements
Apps may include ads via AdMob.
We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content belongs to ActiveTech unless otherwise stated.
You may NOT:
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Resell
without written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud is suspected
- Required by law
Users may stop using the app at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS”.
We do not guarantee:
- The app will be error-free
- Continuous availability
- Specific results
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActiveTech is not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
